Car Rental in 3 easy steps with Avis!

We understand that the process of hiring a car can sometimes seem a little confusing so here are 3 easy steps to help take the hassle out of hiring a car;

Booking your vehicle

Make a booking by calling Avis Reservation Toll Free Number
1800 88 AVIS (2847) or book online at www.avis.com.my
 
You will need to:-
  • Be aged 23 to 70 years maximum
  • Have a valid credit card for rental
You will also need to:
  • Select Avis car rental location(s)
  • Select the vehicle group required
  • Select the dates and times of travel

Collecting your vehicle

When arrive at the rental location:-
  • Present driving licence and credit card
  • Select any additional insurance that you would like
  • Check and sign your rental agreement
  • Check the car for any existing damage and sign to confirm it; helps to assess whether any damage occurs during your rental
  • Decide if you want to enjoy Avis Navigation System
  • Collect the key together with a copy of the Rental Agreement

Returning the vehicle

When returning the vehicle
  • Please try and return your car at the agreed date and time, or additional charges may be incurred
  • Check with your Avis location in advance if you need to return the car outside of office hours, or extending your rental
  • Return the vehicle key and have your complete rental documents handy
  • Avis will check for damage and fuel level
  • Finally payment will be processed
