1.1 Big Sale Voucher Terms & Conditions

1. One (1) e-voucher is for one (1) vehicle, one-time (1) redemption, valid for one (1) day (24-hour). Unless explicitly expressed on the e-voucher, no add-on items (GPS/Baby seat/Additional Driver/ Personal Accident Insurance and etc) are included. Any additional rental will be calculated based on Retail Daily Rate at RM138 per day) and add-on items will be charged to the Renter separately upon request.
2. Vehicle reservations must be made minimum forty eight (48) hours in advance; e-voucher(s) number must be provided during vehicle booking. Vehicles are subject to availability.
3. A print-out of the redeemed e-voucher(s) must be presented upon pick-up of rental vehicle and must match the e-voucher number used during reservations. Avis reserves the right to refuse pick-up if the e-voucher(s) is not presented upon pick-up.
4. All additional rentals and surcharges must be paid upon completion of rental period via credit card (Visa, Mastercard and American Express only).
5. Once confirmed, reservations cannot be amended. E-voucher(s) used for the reservation will be considered redeemed in the case of a no show.
6. Validity period of e-voucher(s) may be extended only in the case of a government mandated travel ban, or restriction is imposed by the Malaysian Government, and/or as extended from time to time. The appropriate period of the mandated travel ban/restriction shall be applied onto the preceding validity period of the e-voucher(s). Any requests on extensions not related to government or Covid-19 restrictions will not be entertained.
7. For security and insurance reasons, this voucher is not transferable, and can only be redeemed by the person who made the reservations or payment.
8. This e-voucher(s) is not refundable and not redeemable for cash, and may only be redeemed ONCE.
9. This e-voucher(s) may not be resold via Online Travel Agents (OTAs), on retails or resale platforms such as but not limited to Shopee, Lazada, Carousell, etc. E-voucher(s) may not be resold on social media sites, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Tik Tok. Reselling will render the e-voucher void.
10. The daily rate per day in the e-voucher is inclusive of 6% Service Tax, Collision Damage Waiver and Theft Waiver (Non-waiver excess RM1000) only. Notwithstanding the above, Avis Malaysia reserves the rights to revise the daily rate quoted herein should there be a revision and/or imposition of new tax/levy by the government. Such tax/levy shall be borne by the Renter and collected upon pick-up.
11. Avis Malaysia shall not be held responsible for the loss of any e-voucher(s) and any losses or damages suffered by the bearer of e-voucher(s) arising from or in connection with the loss or usage of the e-voucher(s).
12. No pets, durians and mangosteens allowed inside the rental vehicle.
