Hotel Partners

1. ORIGINAL voucher must be presented before or upon check-in.
2. It is recommended (not compulsory) to make a room reservation two weeks prior the arrival date for the hotel to facilitate reservation planning.
3. Unless credit facilities have been established with the hotel, the following shall reply: 
- FIT & GIT bookings, full payment need to be made 5 days prior to arrival. 
- If credit facilities have been established, the payment terms stipulated in the credit letter shall be applicable. Failure to fulfill the conditions stipulated in the credit letter will result in the withdrawal in part/whole of any/all conditions in this contract.
4. All payments are to be made payable to JB CITY VIEW HOTEL SDN BHD at CIMB Islamic Bank Berhad (account no.: 8601445970).
5. The quoted corporate rates are nett & non-commissionable.
6. All corporate rates quoted are NOT inclusive of Tourism Tax (TTx) at the rate of RM10.00 per room per night.
7. All guest must present credit card or cash deposit as a guarantee of their incidental expenses upon check-in otherwise telephone line will be barred and mini-bar will be locked 
8. Room check-in time is at 2.00pm and check-out time is at 12.00pm.
9. The hotel reserves the right to impose the following cancellation/no show charge: 
- Cancellation made within 3 days or less: full length of stay room charge.
- Cancellation made more than 3 days: no charge.
10. Any cancellations/amendments must be documented and no verbal cancellation/amendment will be accepted, otherwise full cancellation will be charged accordingly. 
11. The hotel reserves the right to release all rooms and reservation that have been made.
12. In the event that performance of this agreement is delayed or prevented by any cause reason beyond the hotel’s control, the hotel shall be discharged of its obligation to provide or other services.
13. This voucher is valid until 30th June 2026.
