Terms & Conditions
1. Please present this voucher or e-voucher together with Avis Malaysia's car Rental Agreement to Hotel Front Office upon check-in.
2. Please mention Promo Code (AVIS-10) if make a room booking via The Pines Melaka email or phone.
3. Check-in time is after 3:00pm & Check-out time is at 12:00pm.
4. Applicable for Sunday to Thursday only. A surcharge of RM 60.00 per room per night is applicable for Friday, Saturday, Public and School Holidays.
5. Advance booking of at least 7-days prior to the check-in date is required and to be made via email at reservation@thepines-melaka.com.
6. Subjected to Heritage Tax @ RM2.00 net per room per night (All guests) and Heritage Tax @ RM10.00 net per room per night (International guests only).
7. Room confirmation shall be subject to availability at the time of booking.
8. This voucher is only valid for the specified room type as stated in the voucher and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other form of legal tender.
9. Room type is subject to availability upon booking.
10. Voucher holder is also entitled to enjoy 10% OFF of the total bill at The Oak Kopitiam. This promotion applies for ala-cate menu items only and valid during operating hour only (7.00am - 3.00pm).
11. This voucher is non-refundable and is valid for one-time usage only.
12. This voucher is not valid for any promotions, discounts, or offers.
13. No replacement or extension will be given for any expired or lost of vouchers.
14. Any cancellation need to be made 24 hours prior the arrival day. One night stay will be applied as a penalty.
15. All room reservations must be guaranteed. Please note that reservations without guarantee will only be held until 4.00pm on the day of expected arrival.
